Regional Music Education Leader

Essex County Council’s Music Service is seeking an Area Manager to lead music education delivery across the South Greater Essex Music Hub. You will work with schools, communities and partners to ensure high-quality provision and positive outcomes for children and young people.

The role requires strong leadership, staff development, line management, safeguarding and the ability to translate strategic priorities into local delivery within budget constraints.
