Active Communities Together Limited is opening the Castle Activity and Fitness Centre in Spalding, planned for early 2027. As Sales Manager, you will build the membership community, welcome new customers, and help make the centre a thriving hub for the local community.

You will lead site teams, deliver sales strategies, analyse KPIs, and collaborate with Swim, Operations and Marketing for membership growth and retention across the new facilities.
