Marshmallow in London is seeking a dedicated Claims Specialist to own a varied portfolio of Third Party Property Damage (TPPD) and Credit Hire claims, ensuring liability and indemnity are assessed, reserves set, and settlements negotiated in line with our processes.

You’ll manage claims across specialist vehicle types, including taxi and motorbike hire, triage communications, and maintain accurate notes and reserves while keeping policyholders informed throughout their claim journey.
