We are looking for an experienced, commercially focused Branch Manager to take full responsibility for the day-to-day running and performance of our Tredegar branch in South Wales.
The successful candidate will drive sales and profitability, develop customer relationships, manage stock and operations, and lead the team to deliver the company’s objectives.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of branch operations and performance.
- Drive sales growth, gross profit and customer development.
- Control stock, purchasing, costs and branch budgets.
- Manage, lead, motivate and develop the branch team.
- Maintain excellent customer service and supplier relationships
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and processes, ISO quality standards, health and safety requirements.
- Monitor KPIs, reporting and continuous improvement.
About you:
- Proven management experience, ideally within commercial vehicle parts or the automotive aftermarket.
- Strong commercial awareness and a track record of delivering results.
- Excellent leadership, organisational and customer service skills.
- Experience with stock control, financial management and quality systems, including ISO accreditation.

Details:
Role – Branch Manager
Holiday – 26 days + bank holidays
Hours – 42.5 per week including every other Saturday morning
Salary – On application, dependent on experience
