Elderly Care Social Practitioner (Part-Time, 14% Shift Allowance)

West Lothian Council in Livingston is recruiting a Social Care Practitioner for Limecroft Care Home. The role is 28 hours per week, 52.14 weeks per year, with a 14% shift allowance, and is permanent. You will provide direct personal care and contribute to care planning to meet residents’ needs.

You will use Access Care and Clinical and the EMAR system to update care records and ensure high standards of dignity and support, working with residents, families and colleagues.
