Creative Activities Facilitator — Care Home

As an Activities Assistant at a Barchester care home, you’ll deliver imaginative, fun and varied activities to keep residents engaged and living as independently as possible. You’ll run an entertaining programme of pastimes, social events and outings, helping residents enjoy meaningful connections with family and community.

You don’t need any specific experience; a sense of fun, creativity and empathy are key.
