Hospitality Coach: Field Support for Home Teams

HC-One is seeking a Hospitality Lead to be field-based, working with Homes to elevate resident hospitality across dining, housekeeping, laundry, reception and environment presentation.

You will coach Home Managers and teams, observe services from residents’ perspective, provide practical feedback and share good practice across the portfolio to ensure warm, personalised and consistently high standards of hospitality.
