Senior Residential Care Team Lead – Children’s Home

5ab Care in Burton Upon Trent/Derby area is seeking a Senior Residential Care Worker/Team Leader to oversee a home for children and young people. You will lead a team of Residential Care Workers and work closely with the Registered Manager to maintain high standards of care.

The role requires NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People, prior residential care experience, and strong leadership. You should be flexible for shifts, including evenings and weekends, and hold a full driving license.
