Prison Mental Health Nurse – Transforming Offender Care

Government of the United Kingdom is recruiting a registered mental health nurse to provide high-quality care to offenders within a prison setting. You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team under senior staff to assess needs, develop care plans, and deliver care based on CPA processes.

You will liaise with prison colleagues, probation services, education staff, security personnel and external NHS providers to ensure continuity of care and timely interventions.
