Residential Childcare Support Worker – Trauma-Informed

Excelcare Holdings is hiring a Support Worker for a residential children’s home in Histon, Cambridgeshire. You will support children aged 6-17, promoting safety, wellbeing and development in a trauma-informed care setting.

The role includes 8am–10pm shifts with some sleep-ins (£62 per night) and a salary of £14.50 per hour plus meals. Induction and ongoing training are provided, with a strong leadership team and clear progression opportunities.
