Senior Therapeutic Residential Care Lead

WhiteTrees Group is seeking a Senior Therapeutic Project Worker to join our residential home for vulnerable young people. You will provide nurturing, therapeutic care and support staff through care planning and weekly meetings with the young people.

You will ensure safe shifts, maintain high-standard paperwork, and liaise with social services. A QCF Level 3 minimum is required, with a kind, professional and reflective approach to every situation.
