Senior Support Worker – Lead Shifts & Care Team (EBD)

CPL UK is recruiting an experienced Senior Support Worker for a small, well-established children’s residential home in Cumbria. You will lead shifts, support the care team and act as a positive role model for young people aged 8 to 17 in a safe, nurturing environment.

You’ll work with the Registered Manager to deliver high-quality, child-centred care in line with Ofsted standards. Salary £30,000 per annum plus sleep-in payments, with opportunities for progression.
