Lead Mental Health Nurse — Recovery‑Focused Care & Growth

South West London and St George’s Mental Health NHS Trust is seeking a Staff Nurse to join the Lotus Assessment Suite, a nurse-led service providing interim mental health care. You will undertake prolonged bio-psychosocial assessments to support recovery and enable patients to take responsibility for their care.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, lead on risk assessment and care planning, support discharges, mentor junior staff and contribute to quality improvement.
