St Mary’s Care Group is seeking a Wellbeing Assistant for Lincoln Manor in Lincoln. The role focuses on creating meaningful moments through activities that bring joy and companionship to residents.

Based at Lincoln Manor, you’ll run a varied programme, build community connections, and support residents to pursue hobbies and social engagement. The position is part-time (32 hours per week) with occasional evenings and weekends.
