Health Visitor (SCPHN) – 0-5 Public Health, Hybrid

Hartlepool Borough Council is seeking an enthusiastic SCPHN Health Visitor to lead a family-centered public health approach for the 0–5 population. You will work with individuals, families and communities, using evidence-based practice and a supportive preceptorship package.

Hybrid working and flexible hours are available, with access to NHS and local government pensions. A retention payment of £2000 is offered for Band 12 Health Visitors, paid in April 2027.
