South Eastern Health & Social Care Trust is recruiting a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (Health Visitor) Band 6 for 30 hours per week in the Greater Lisburn area. The post leads a caseload within Child Health and delivers the Healthy Child Healthy Future programme as part of an integrated team.
Applicants must hold NMC registration with SCPHN/Health Visiting qualifications and possess strong leadership and public health nursing skills to work across agencies and communities.
