Community Health Care Assistant (Home Visits)

Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust is recruiting Community Nursing roles across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland. If you are passionate about delivering quality care in patients’ homes and you have access to a car, this role is for you.

Core hours 8am-6pm, weekends on rota, shifts flexible to discuss. You will work with district nurses and a team to provide wound care, medicines administration, personal care, and support to remain at home.
