Senior Mental Health Practitioner – Early Intervention Lead

NSFT invites applications for a Band 6 Senior Mental Health Practitioner/Case Manager to join our team in the Great Yarmouth and Waveney area, covering Lowestoft/Beccles. The role focuses on first-episode psychosis care for ages 14-65, delivering NICE concordant interventions within an experienced MDT.

Applicants should have a core qualification in nursing, social work or occupational therapy; experience in Early Intervention for psychosis is advantageous but not essential.
