Community Health Rehab Worker – Time & Recovery

Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Support Time Recovery Worker Band 3 to join the Community Rehabilitation Team West, delivering rehab-focused mental health care in people’s homes and communities. You’ll work within a multi-disciplinary team to promote independence and recovery.

A car driver with own vehicle and full licence is essential to travel across West Dorset; DBS check is required and Trust will cover its cost.
