Change Grow Live in Warrington is seeking a dedicated Young Person’s Resilience Worker to support 10–18-year-olds in the community. You will assess need, deliver 1:1 psychosocial and digital interventions, facilitate group work and outreach, and work with partners to reduce risk and build resilience.
