Senior Children’s Community Nurse – Home Care Lead

Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust in London is seeking a part-time Band 6 Senior Children’s Nurse to join the Bexley and Greenwich Community Children’s Nursing Team and integrated Hospital at Home Team.

The post requires a Children’s Nurse with extensive community experience, capable of leading a team, providing evidence-based care to children with acute and chronic conditions, including palliative needs, and supporting discharge planning and home-based care.
