Deputy Manager – Lead Person-Centered Care & Team Growth

Liaise in Norwich is seeking a Deputy Manager to lead day-to-day operations of our home, guiding a dedicated team to deliver person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities and autistic profiles.

You’ll work with the Registered Manager to develop teams, supervise, review care plans, ensure safeguarding and compliance, and maintain high-quality documentation while building partnerships with families and healthcare professionals.
