Job Description:
Sciensus is hiring a Specialist Nurse to deliver patient-centred care in patients’ homes across Aberdeen and surrounding areas. This role supports early hospital discharge, working 37.5 hours per week over 5 days with occasional weekends and requires a valid UK driving licence.
You will administer IV and subcutaneous therapies, perform clinical assessments, maintain records, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, compassionate care and positive patient outcomes.
