Home-Based Urgent Mental Health Practitioner

Greater Manchester Mental Health Nhs Foundation Trust is seeking a skilled nurse to join the urgent care team. The post holder will work within urgent care and may rotate to A&E Liaison, contributing to patient care plans with service users and carers.

Night duties on a rota basis and weekend work may be required. You will follow safeguarding policies, participate in team meetings, and support service development while ensuring high-quality mental health care.
