NSFT’s Community Mental Health Team in Central Norfolk is seeking a dedicated clinician to assess and treat individuals with moderate to severe mental illness, including memory assessment work.

You will work at Gateway House, travel across South Norfolk when needed, and join a supportive team with Consultant Psychiatrists, Clinical Psychologists, and Senior Nurses. The role emphasises recovery planning and continuity of care.
