Public Health Nurse (0-19) — Community Health Visitor

Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Band 5 Public Health Staff Nurse to work with the 0-19 Children and Young People Public Health Service in the Witney locality (Carterton, Burford and surrounding villages).

You will deliver health visiting, school health nursing and the Family Nurse Partnership, support health promotion and safeguarding, and collaborate with partners to improve outcomes for children aged 0-8.
