Neonatal Charge Nurse & Team Leader (Band 6)

Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 6 neonatal nurse for the NICU to deliver excellent care across ITU/HDU/SCBU. You will work within a supportive senior team structure and contribute to family-centered care at The Rosie Hospital.

You will develop leadership and mentorship skills, participate in supervision and appraisal activities, and coordinate unit management while maintaining high standards of neonatal practice.
