FIND Medical is building a reputation on specialist knowledge, strong relationships and doing what we say we will do. We want a consultant who sees a market as something to develop, not a list of vacancies to fill. This is a sales role: win trust, win clients and build a network
What you will own
- Prospect consistently and open conversations with employers and decision makers.
- Map your market, understand who hires, why they hire and where the pressure points sit.
- Win new client relationships and grow existing accounts through useful, informed conversations.
- Own the full recruitment process and deliver on every promise you make.

You need the confidence to sell, the discipline to prospect and the emotional intelligence to build trust in a market where people matter enormously. Medical recruitment experience is welcome, but character, commercial instinct and commitment matter just as much.
The FIND playbook
We are a playbook business, not a ‘figure it out yourself’ business. From day one, you’ll be coached on our go-to-market approach: how to map a market, identify the right people, start commercial conversations, build pipeline and turn activity into results. You’ll learn the FIND playbook, receive ongoing support from experienced colleagues and take part in monthly business development coaching with our Managing Director.
We’ll give you structure, technology and coaching. You’ll bring the commitment to use them. We celebrate results, but we also care about how they’re achieved.
