Trauma-Informed Youth Support Worker

Stonepillow is seeking a day support worker to join our young people services team. You will work with 16+ looked-after young people and care leavers in West Sussex, applying a trauma-informed approach and kindness to help them build a positive future.

You will manage your own caseload, complete risk assessments, ensure the young people’s voice is heard in case management, and support referrals. The role requires safeguarding, whistleblowing, health and safety, and welfare checks.
