Resident Engagement & Activities Lead

HC-One is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator to plan and deliver engaging activities for Residents across our dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes. The role emphasises kindness, safeguarding and teamwork.

You will support the Home Manager, develop activity programmes, and help organise fundraising events. Strong planning, IT and time-management skills, along with experience with vulnerable individuals, are essential.
