Job Description:
Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (FHWS 0-19) is recruiting a Band 5 Community Staff Nurse to join the Lichfield and surrounds team on a 22.5 hour per week permanent basis.
You will support delivery of the Healthy Child Programme, undertake child development assessments, provide public health guidance to families, and contribute to safeguarding and parental mental health support. A development path to SCPHN HV/SN may be available.
