Mental Health Worker – Older Adults Home Treatment

North London NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting an Associate Mental Health Worker to join the Older Persons Home Treatment Team in Enfield. The role provides specialist support for service users aged 70+ or with dementia, offering clinical assistance and signposting as part of a crisis care pathway.

You will work on a 7-day rota across Barnet, Enfield and Haringey, with direct patient contact, risk assessments and collaborative care planning within a multidisciplinary team.
