Job Description:
Community Care Live is recruiting Secure Residential Support Workers for Swanwick Lodge in the Southampton area to cover weekend shifts only. You will work Saturday and Sunday, including bank holidays, for 17 hours per weekend with start times 07:30-16:00 or 14:00-22:30, with training provided and ongoing development opportunities.
You will act as a therapeutic parent with children who have complex needs, joining a supportive team in a safe, structured home environment.
