Senior Occupational Therapist, Community Rehab & Rapid Response

Derbyshire Community Health Services Nhs Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced occupational therapist to work on Alton Ward at Clay Cross Hospital, with additional support for the locality’s Rapid Response Service.
