Colorectal Cancer Navigator – Flexible, Patient Care

Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust is seeking a compassionate Colorectal Cancer Navigator (Band 4) to join the Colorectal Nursing Department. You will support patients from diagnosis through survivorship, coordinating appointments and follow-up care with the multidisciplinary team.

You will undertake holistic needs assessments, provide basic psychological support within competencies, and respond to patient queries via telephone triage and signposting, ensuring seamless, patient-centred care.
