Compassionate Support Worker for Person-Centered Care

ILS Case Management is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist a 25-year-old client with physical and developmental needs in a fully adapted home. You will provide daily care, participate in meaningful activities, and help maintain safety and wellbeing with a 2:1 support ratio.

You will work a mix of day shifts and waking nights, with bank shifts to cover absences. A driver’s license is essential for workplace travel and potential future hydrotherapy sessions.
