Family Support Worker: Trauma-Informed Housing & Wellbeing

BCHA is seeking a dedicated health and wellbeing support worker to help families thrive in the home and sustain tenancies. You will work as part of a small, professional team to support customers and prevent homelessness, with a calm, personable manner and the ability to handle difficult situations.

You will receive full training in trauma-informed approaches, managing mental health, substance misuse and accommodation services, and will liaise with external providers to access services.
