Greensleeves Care is seeking a Lifestyle Co-ordinator to develop and review individual lifestyle plans for residents, based on their life stories, interests, culture and needs.
You will coordinate an inclusive weekly and long-term programme, including evenings and weekends, with risk assessments and budget management, while building strong links with relatives, volunteers and community services.
