Registered Nurse – Care Home (Bank/Part-Time)

St Monica Trust in Sandford-on-Thames is seeking an experienced Adult Nurse to provide high‑quality clinical care in our care home setting. You will assess, monitor, and administer medications, lead on complex clinical decisions, and work as part of the wider care team.

You will model compassionate, person‑centred care, maintain accurate records, support admissions and discharges, and build strong relationships with GPs, pharmacists, residents and families.
