Deputy Manager, EBD Children’s Home – Path to Registered Manager

Purosearch Ltd. is seeking a Deputy Manager for a 4-bed EBD children’s home in Leeds (LS12). You will support the Registered Manager and help maintain a Good Ofsted rating while guiding a team of residential carers.

Ideal candidates will have prior residential care experience with children and young people, strong safeguarding knowledge, leadership potential and the drive to progress toward a Registered Manager role in a supportive environment.
