CNC/Machine Operator

The Best Connection Warrington have exciting opportunity for an experienced CNC / Machine Operator to join a well-established manufacturing business in the Warrington area.

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering long-term stability and the chance to secure a permanent position with a growing company. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating CNC and other manufacturing machinery, ensuring products are produced safely, accurately and to quality standards.

Duties Include:

• Setting up and operating CNC machinery
• Loading raw materials and unloading finished products
• Reading and working from engineering drawings and specifications
• Conducting quality checks using measuring equipment
• Adjusting machine settings where required
• Monitoring production runs and reporting any faults
• Ensuring work is completed to production targets
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Following all health and safety procedures

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous CNC or machine operating experience
• Ability to read engineering drawings
• Experience using measuring equipment such as verniers and calipers
• Good attention to detail and quality standards
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Hours:

Monday – Thursday: 08:30 – 17:30 (1 hour unpaid lunch break)

Friday: 08:30 – 12:30

Pay Rate

£15.00 – £18.00 per hour, depending on experience.
