Customer-Focused Butcher & Dept. Lead (Flexible Hours)

Booker Group is seeking a Skilled Butcher to join our Butchery Department. You will bring excellent product knowledge, handle cutting and preparation, and deliver high standards of customer service to our customers.

You will work with the Butchery Manager and colleagues to prepare orders, manage stock controls, and uphold food safety and health and safety requirements. We offer flexible patterns, a competitive wage and benefits.
