Graduate Civil Engineer – Transport Projects

Kier Group is seeking Graduates for a Civil Engineer Scheme across Oxford, Chipping Warden, and Aylesbury. Starting salary is £31,000 with a car allowance up to £4,750 depending on eligibility and project. This permanent, full-time 2-year programme leads to an assistant level role with salary potential around £38k.

The starting date is September 2027. We cannot offer sponsorship for this role, but you will gain practical experience across site and design roles within transportation projects.
