MITER Brands is seeking a Production Team Lead I to oversee daily Powder Coating operations on the shop floor. You will supervise, troubleshoot, and coordinate staffing to meet safety, quality, and production targets while supporting continuous improvement efforts.
You will work closely with maintenance, quality, and logistics to ensure orders and documentation are accurate and on time, with a hands-on leadership approach and a commitment to MITER Brands’ core values.
