Pilgrim’s Europe in Spalding is seeking a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our fast-paced FMCG manufacturing operation. You will focus on maximizing equipment reliability, preventing downtime and upholding safety, quality and food safety standards.
The role includes planned maintenance, fault-finding, continuous improvement, and collaboration with production teams to drive efficiency and cost reduction, with a 4 on 4 off 6-6 shift pattern.
