The Role:
Silcom Recruitment is currently in search of a proficient Vehicle Technician to join one of their family-run businesses situated in Newton Abbot. Responsibilities & Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:
- Demonstrated proficiency in vehicle servicing, diagnostics, and repairs, or equivalent certification.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, showcasing a customer-centric mindset.
- Possession of a valid UK driver’s license.
- While experience in MOT testing is beneficial, it is not obligatory; training and assistance are provided for individuals without prior experience.
Package:
Basic Salary: £29,000 – £33,000 (Depending on experience) + OTE £45,000 UNCAPPED!!
Overtime is paid at 1.5x basic + 30 days holiday (including bank holidays)!
Hours: Monday to Friday (8:30am – 5:00pm) + 1 hour lunch break!
Overtime: Saturdays (8:30am – 12:30pm) + Any additional hours worked during the week!
