Production Team Leader (Evening Shift: 14:00-12:00pm Monday – Thursday)

This is an exciting opportunity to join and be a lead within the Bamber Bridge Production Site. You will play a leading role in the successful production of textile flooring products through ensuring the delivery of excellence in flooring production.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Production Team Leader who can inspire others, drive high standards and support the development of a positive, high-performing manufacturing culture.

• Good understanding of Health & Safety within a manufacturing environment
• Previous experience in a manufacturing/production leadership or supervisory role

What you’ll do:

• Lead and support the day-to-day operation of the production area
• Ensure the safe, efficient and effective operation of plant, equipment and processes
• Drive production performance to achieve quality, output and delivery targets
• Support training and development of team members to build capability and flexibility
• Work collaboratively with technical, engineering and operational teams
• Lead problem-solving activities and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure completion of production, quality and process documentation to required standards
