iTrent HR Systems Lead — Part-Time, Birmingham

Birmingham Newman University is seeking an experienced HR Systems Lead (iTrent) to drive the next phase of our HR systems transformation. You will configure and optimise iTrent, support eRecruitment and onboarding, and work with internal teams and external consultants to ensure successful project delivery.

The role reports to the Deputy Director of Human Resources and focuses on implementing key modules while building internal capability and best practices across HR processes.
