Internal HR Advisor — Payroll, Onboarding & Policy

Annesley Gandon is seeking an Internal HR Advisor to support the HR function across the group’s UK parks. You will report to the HR Director and help deliver effective HR support, ensuring consistency in HR processes and practices across the group.

Key duties include payroll and recruitment, onboarding, maintaining personnel files, handling disciplinary and absence processes, advising managers on policy, and assisting with training and payroll data.
