HR Officer – School Operations & Safer Recruitment (Wandsworth)

Marchant Recruitment is recruiting an HR Officer for a busy operations team at a leading secondary school in Wandsworth, London. You will handle recruitment and selection, onboarding, employee records, contracts, absence, HR systems, DBS checks and employee relations administration, working closely with school leaders.

Previous school HR experience is highly desirable, with strong discretion and communication skills.
